A/E/C marketing is unique. You can’t copy and paste messaging from competitor websites and AI can’t write creative copy that sells – that’s why we personally create strategic content and unique brand messaging tailored to your ideal client as part of your rebranding strategy.

We ask the questions. Why are your clients going somewhere else? Or, maybe they don’t even know you offer additional services.

Here’s what you can do to stand out from your competitors and win more business in your target markets.

We know A/E/C, and messaging can be tricky. Give Dawn a call to activate the next steps in your brand journey.

As a brand strategist, I see a lot of messaging from professionals about how they are different from the competition. I like to hear from their clients, too.

During client interviews, I listen for things like project management experience with the A/E/C firm, but also who they work with at the firm. Why would they NOT work with that firm again?

After collecting client interviews, I also look at the competitive landscape of the industries that your A/E/C firm serves.

How will those industries change in the next five to 10 years? How will that affect your talent and your firm’s pipeline?

You need brand messaging that clearly communicates why this firm is a preferred partner to address industry changes. Marketing is for five to 10 years from now to keep your pipeline healthy and your services relevant.

For example, one of my clients was struggling with a brand that defined them as only offering a limited solution, even though they solved many industry challenges.

By talking to their clients, we developed new talking points and sales questions that helped their marketing and sales team expand client relationships. We also helped them identify new potential partnerships.

You can’t change the market perception about your A/E/C firm until you know how your brand is perceived. Talk to us at Ingenuity about our third-party branding research and dynamic key messaging for marketing and sales teams.

We especially love taking those messages and building a modern visual brand and refreshed logos for A/E/C marketing, too!
