Rebranding the Client Experience Case Study


Ingenuity helped turn the Steve Silverman Imaging vision into a reality. Owner and B2B photographer Steve Silverman had a goal of elevating his client base and creating work that’s outside the box.

After accompanying Steve on two client shoots, we summarized the creative experience and provided recommendations. We then interviewed five clients and researched the photographer’s market position. Ingenuity applied this information to the brand update, name (shortened to Silverman), logo, tagline of “Be Remarkable,” website messaging and online recommendations as well as a go-to-market strategy. The go-to-market strategy defined his target personas, including a new market of high-end editorial photography. We also provided a summary of tactics that could bring him visibility in each of his three target markets — from publicity to direct marketing and social media management tailored to each type of client.
