NEI is a national firm for general contracting and construction management with a special focus on affordable housing and market rate housing. They wanted to create a new print advertising concept to set their firm apart from the competition.

The full-page, print campaign had to fit a variety of uses and audiences.

Strategy

We interviewed the leaders and learned about how they approach their work and the value they deliver to clients. The word “flexibility” came up frequently as well as their people-centered culture.

We used the flexibility theme to design their ad campaign.



Results

Curving structures emphasize the flexible approach that NEI provides. The ad campaign is improving their brand recognition nationally. It also positions the firm as adaptable to project or client needs.
